How to make it possible?

A social graph is a representation of the interconnection of relationships in a social network. Decentralization refers to the fact that no entity is able, by itself, to control how users connect and interact with each other.

From the Web3 and Metaverse area of Telefónica Digital Innovation, we set out to explore the potential of this technology. To accomplish this, we used protocols deployed on the blockchain, trying to understand its architecture in depth and investigate what benefits its adoption provides.

Can we use a decentralized social graph as a base layer for building immersive experiences?

This will be the main hypothesis that we will try to validate.
We follow a process in which:

We break down the hypothesis into sub-hypotheses.
We define how to validate them from a technical perspective.
We develop what is proposed.

After the validation, we obtain our conclusions and define the “next steps”.
