Barriers to inclusive communication
In a world where t
echnology is advancing by leaps and bounds, ensuring that everyone can communicate without limitations should be a priority. However, there are
barriers to inclusion, especially in the use of voice systems and other digital media. In the study, we want to detect these obstacles in order to try to ensure greater accessibility for users. We are looking for:
- A first written contact where we will define the context of each user. Then we will do a 60 minutes face-to-face interview at the Human Experience Lab located in Distrito Telefónica (Madrid).
- As a thank you for participating in the final face-to-face interview, if selected, you will be entered into a drawing to win one of these prizes: a Celly Smartwatch Buddy HR Pro watch or a double invitation to a recording of the program Ilustres Ignorantes on Movistar Plus+ in Madrid.
